Audubon Communities Management, LLC, is an owner and operator of multi-family assets in the Northeast and Gulf South regions of the United States. Since acquiring its first asset in June 2003, Audubon has quickly established itself as a leading operator in its respective regions. Audubon manages the assets it acquires, including all aspects of property management, asset management, finance, construction and accounting. These functions are coordinated out of Audubon's regional offices in New York City, southern New Jersey (Philadelphia metropolitan area) and New Orleans.

The firm focuses strictly on Multi-family properties, the asset class in which its management team has both vast experience and a highly successful track record. Audubon's senior staff has coordinated the renovation and management of over 15,000 apartment units since 1996. Audubon's property level staff currently includes over 50 property managers, administrators and maintenance professionals.
