Mr. Reyher is President of Audubon Communities Management, LLC. He directs the firm's property management operations and all construction, renovation and maintenance activities. Mr. Reyher brings over twenty years of experience in the construction and property management field. He has overseen the renovation of over 14,000 apartment units and numerous commercial assets, representing capital improvements exceeding $200 million. Mr. Reyher also has substantial experience in developing maintenance programs and managing maintenance personnel.

Prior to joining Audubon Communities, Mr. Reyher was Senior Operations Manager for Emmes & Company - a private real estate investment firm with over $1.5 billion in assets. At Emmes, Mr. Reyher oversaw the maintenance and renovation of over 100 properties, including more than 11,000 garden style apartment units, 50 New York City residential and commercial buildings and numerous retail and office assets. He personally managed the renovation of some of the most notable multi-family turnarounds in the nation, including a 1,400 unit complex in the Bronx, which won top awards from HUD, and Vanderveer Estates, a 2,500 unit apartment complex in Brooklyn, New York. Other major renovations include the 1,100 unit Stuyvesant Village complex in Union, New Jersey, and the rehabilitation of a portfolio of 5,000 units located throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.

Prior to Emmes, Reyher was Senior Construction / Operations Manager for Krauser Welch and Cirz ("KWC"), a private real estate development firm based in Morristown, N.J. At KWC, Reyher oversaw the renovation of numerous commercial and residential properties, which were then repositioned for sale. He managed all phases of the renovation programs and managed all on-site personnel.

Mr. Reyher received his BA in Mathematics from William Paterson University in 1988.
